When Alexander turned his head away from her, Roxy's fangs sunk deeper into his neck. His involuntary cry of pain made her smirk as his blood flowed smoothly down her throat. A few seconds longer she drank his blood, before pushing her fangs deeper in for a moment, then sliding her savagely sharp teeth out of his soft skin. The taste of his blood was still intoxicating in her mouth, and the realization of extreme pain coming from her leg came back again.
Though the would was slowly healing itself up, it still hurt like a bitch, and it probably would for a few days. Roxy's eyes had gone from the normal crystal blue to almost a navy color with bright spikes of gold as well, looking very cat like. Roxy didn't seal the wound in his neck with her tongue, instead she kissed back up to his lips hard, kissing him bitterly. Roxy growled fiercely, pushing down on his shoulders with her hands and his thighs with her knees more, pushing him into the bed, feeling him sink a little bit.
Roxy was mad at him, very mad. But she couldn't figure out whether she wanted to hurt him or just have crazy sex with him. Her lust for him seemed to be growing very quickly, but so was her anger.

It felt like her fangs had gone right through his neck into his windpipe, leaving him with the fact that for a moment he couldn't breathe. Luckily it wasn't long enough for him to panic, since he started to breathe properly just a moment after she pulled her fangs from his skin. From the amount of blood she had taken from him, he was definitely feeling a little light headed, clumsy, but it wasn't enough to stop him from moving. He didn't close his eyes as she kissed him, intrigued as he stared at the glittering blackness they had become. Almost softly he slid his hands up around her waist, and further up over her delicate ribs, unable to really put his hands out, considering she was pinning his shoulders.
Alex also wasn't really sure what this was going to end up as, since at the moment it seemed like a weird mix between a physical altercation and lustful foreplay. Like he cared. Roughly he shoved her off and switched their positions again so that he was on top now. The blood started to circulate through his body properly, meaning that he was actually able to use his strength. Kissing her lips lightly, softly, just to confuse her, he pushed her legs apart, pushing himself into her before her body had a chance to relax against him. It was definitely much rougher than he would usually be, but hell, he had dropped the barriers that tended to make him oh so nicey. [/blockquote]

When Roxy felt Alexander's hands on her waist and up around her rib cage, she changed the pace of her kiss. She kissed him lighter, with actual feeling. The pressure on his thighs and shoulders eased up, though Roxy didn't notice herself doing this. There was something in Alexander's touch that calmed Roxy down momentarily.
Though, her anger suddenly rushed back, along with her great sense of lust for him, as Alexander shoved her back onto the bed. His kiss distracted her for a moment but as soon as she felt Alexander pushing her legs apart, Roxy pushed on his shoulders with both hands, trying to push him off of her, but Alexander pushed into her. Roxy growled, kissing him back. It wasn't that she didn't want him, she just wasn't ready to give in just yet. Growling fiercely in the back of her throat, Roxy kissed him hard, biting his bottom lip and tugging him towards her gently. His skin brushed over where he had bitten her thigh, and Roxy cringed slightly, it still hurt a lot.

He gave a little whimper at she tugged on his bottom lip, making him move much closer to her, even if he didn't want to. Pushing his hips hard up against hers, again and again, he kissed her lips, well as much as he softly could whilst her teeth were in his bottom lip. His neck ached and stung to a ridiculous degree, but he was ignoring it for the major part. Later it would probably heal up, enough that you wouldn't be able to see it, but he would be able to feel it for a long while now. Well even if this turned out to be the last time he slept with her, at least they had got their biting temptations all over and done with.
Alex could feel the open bite wound on the inside of her leg against the outside of his own, delicately skinned legs, wondering how much he had hurt her. He also wondered whether he would feel bad for doing that, or maybe he wouldn't, maybe he would just get her to call it quits between them. He growled back at her darkly, pushing her into the bed as he kissed her again, teasingly puling his lip back from her grasp.

Roxy's hands stayed on Alexander's shoulders, putting a bit of pressure on them, but not enough to tell him to stop. Her growl turned into a purr for a moment, and then back into a growl as he pulled his lip away from her. Roxy kissed him again, though not biting him. Her fingernails scratched his shoulders, digging into them very gently. ---- The next night ----
Roxy's body ached, even in her sleep, as she lay in Alexander's comfortable bed. She was laying on her stomach, a sheet covering her soft, bare body up to her waist. Her curly, dark hair spilled over her back in ringlets. Roxy lay on her side, one arm underneath her pillow, her head turned so that one of her cheeks lay against it, facing Alexander. Roxy was less than peacefully asleep. She was basically comatose, unaware of emotion. She and Alexander had fallen asleep without really saying much to each other. The inside of her thigh still throbbed, and her body was incredibly sore. It had woken Roxy up a few times in the night, well day really, but she'd managed to fall back asleep. At one point in their sleep, while Alexander had his back to Roxy, she had snuggled up to him in her sleep, and her arm had found its way around his waist. This was now how Roxy lay, still deeply asleep.

Quite slowly he came to from a deep sleep, his body still feeling quite achey from all their antics before they had fallen asleep. He could feel Roxy's arm over his waist, like a comfortable weight. It took a minute for him to notice, but he could sense someone outside the door of his dorm, and suddenly, some soft knocking on the wood. Sighing inaudibly, he dragged himself out of the bed, out from underneath Roxy's arm, and got up onto his feet. The room jumped left and then right, and then settled after a moment. Grabbing his white dressing gown, the fluffy one that was made of toweling, he tied the belt tight around his waist, and flattened his crazy bed hair with his fingers.
Walking to the door, he opened it, about to snarl at whoever was there, when he saw an old friend of his, well,... “Sadie?” He said with a disbelieving smile. He had known her since she was fourteen, although it had taken a couple of years before he had told her what he was, the whole not aging thing had started to give it away. She was tall and blond, easily matching his height, a little hyperactive, and quite...model like. Without a word she grinned and jumped forward in her black high heels, hugging him like a long lost brother. “Alex!” She squeaked, her sideways fringe falling across his eyes. Alex smiled at her, taking a step out into the hallway and quietly closing the door behind himself. “It's lovely to see you, but what are you doing here?”She glanced suspiciously at the door, knowing that he was 'hiding a girl', like always, and then looked at him with a sheepish smile. Ah heck, now he was in for the long chat. He crossed his arms in front of his chest and waited for her to start. “Well...uh... Well you know that little song and dance routine I talked to you about last month? My partner and I had a bit of a...disagreement, and I was wondering...if you could step in?” He knew Sadie was high maintenance, so he wasn't sure whether the disagreement was her fault or her partner's fault. As she finished, he let his jaw drop, visibly. “Are you crazy!? The finals are next week!” He exlclaimed, looking at her in mild disbelief. [/blockquote]

Roxy did not wake up when she no longer felt Alexander's body underneath her arm as she slept. Instead, she inhaled deeply and turned over onto her other side, drifting back into a deeper sleep as she faced the wall. It was only when Roxy thought she heard another woman's voice did she wake up. Her eyes opened quickly, focusing like a cat's eyes would, her eyes a pale blue color. She listened for a moment as she lay there, definitely determining that Alex was standing right outside his dorm, talking with another female. Another human female that he sounded very friendly with.
Sitting up in Alexander's bed, Roxy threw back the covers and walked silently over to his wardrobe. She opened it up without a sound and took out one of his white dress shirts and a pair of black boxers. Roxy slid on the boxers, cringing as she brushed the fabric over the bite on her thigh, rolling the top a few times so they'd be short on her. She also pulled on the dress shirt, leaving the top and bottom few buttons undone, really only buttoning it in the middle. She quickly walked into the bathroom, not making a sound, and checked her reflection. Roxy didn't smile at herself as she wiped the makeup from underneath her eyes and fluffed her curly hair.
Silently still, Roxy walked back into Alexander's dorm, walking over to the door and pressing her ear up against it. Not that she needed to, being able to hear almost everything perfectly anyway. The two of them had obviously known each other for a long time. Roxy wasn't mad, but hurt. Very, very hurt. Alexander had told her that he loved her, and Elizabeth had made him tell her that he wasn't just seeing Roxy. What if Elizabeth had found that thought in his mind and made him tell her? She didn't necessarily have to make it up.

Sadie's expression became even more puppyish, she was manipulating him again, very well. “I know... But you're clever and a vampire and stuff, couldn't you learn it in a week?” Ahh she was still as annoying as she had ever been, but he had looked after her since she was young. “Sadie, I can't believe you sometimes.” He gave a sigh, thinking to himself for a minute. “Ugh... How long did it take you to learn the routine?” Okay, so now he was actually considering helping her out. “Well a month. BUT! ... With you being all vamped out you've got all the grace and stuff done, you just need to learn the moves!” Alex ran his fingers through his hair, glaring at her briefly, why did she always do this? Always, when she was fifteen she had kept getting herself arrested for doing 'naughty' things, and making life worse for herself by flirting with the cops. Alexander had ended up dressing up and pretending to be a solicitor, and getting her out of jail. “Oh Saaaaaaaaaaadiiieeeeee, why couldn't you keep your opinion to yourself till the competition was over?” She shifted a little where he stood, completely unaware that there was someone on the other side of the door, or that they were a vampire. “But Alex I'll have to pull out and waste a perfectly good routine! It means I wont get to dance till next year.” She pouted sweetly, trying every eyelash battering expression she had in her arsenal to turn him to jelly and make him help her, he was her longest known friend after all. “You should have thought about that before you pissed him off.” Ahh, he sounded like an evil grown up, or maybe he was just feeling a bit bitchy. “Pleeeeease? It's in the evening, so you wont get roasted or anything like that. I wouldn't ask, but you're the one person I know who has a hope in hell of learning it!” Alex thought about it for a little while, this time of dancing, even the ballroom stuff, was all about close contact. He knew that he felt nothing like that for Sadie, in fact it'd be creepy, since she was like a child in his eyes, but he wondered if Roxy would freak. Probably. “I don't know Sadie...I mean...I'm not sure.” She sighed as if he were being boring, thinking too much, little did she know of how rocky his relationship with his girlfriend was right now.[/blockquote]

Roxy listened closely to their conversation. Ball room dancing? She could sense that this girl was young, maybe a few years younger than she was. She rolled up the sleeves of Alexander's dress shirt to her elbows, pushing herself off of the door.
Roxy walked back over to his bed and sat down on top of it. She crossed her legs Indian style, setting her elbows on her knees and putting her head in her hands. She let out a shaky breath. Roxy didn't believe that Alex would cheat on her, she didn't want to believe it. But Elizabeth had opened up her eyes to that possibility. Roxy was especially paranoid about it, because it had happened to her too many times before. Hot tears welled up in Roxy's eyes, so she shut her eyes as she held her head. Her breath was shaky as she sat there. Roxy knew that she loved Alexander, really really loved him. But she couldn't risk getting hurt again.

Sadie grabbed his hands, still obviously not flustered by the fact that he was wearing a dressing gown, why would she be? She'd seen him in less. “It can't hurt can it?” She looked like a puppy, talking again before he could answer. “I tell you what, I'll give you an hour and a half to get ready, find me in the closest coffee shop from here. Oh, and if it's shabby, the next closest one.” Alex smiled and laughed a little at her childishness, how young she was, it was nice to see that time hadn't spoiled her. They both knew that he could read her thoughts regardless, so it wouldn't be hard to find her. She hugged him tightly, and would have squashed his rib cage, if he wasn't a vampire. Sometimes he was convinced she tested how hard she could hug a person on him, probably knowing that she couldn't hurt him. “Alright, I'll be there, see ya Sadie.” He said, watching as she turned around and ran off, Inwardly laughing at how silly she was, the way a fully grown adult would laugh at the cuteness of a newborn baby, he let himself back inside his dorm, shutting the door. He had a faint smile of amusement on his lips, till he saw Roxy, he kept the smile, but it changed to something more thoughtful. Walking over to his bed silently, so silent that not even Roxy would have been able to hear him, though she probably would have known he was there, he climbed onto it and sat with his legs curled up against his side. He reached out and stroked her hair barely, not wanting to experience an aching heart if she pulled away from him because he actually touched her. He didn't say anything, he didn't know what to say really, nothing that would make her less suspicious, more happy.[/blockquote]

Before she could hear Sadie tell Alex to meet her at the coffee shop, Roxy had blocked out all thoughts and sounds around her. She sat on his bed, more towards the edge, staring down into her lap. It wasn't until she felt Alexander climb on the bed did she realized that he was back in his dorm. Roxy didn't pull away when Alexander touched her hair, but she didn't exactly react either. Instead, she sat there for a moment silently, waiting a moment for her tears to stop flowing and then wiping underneath her eyes with the back of her hand. Roxy sat up and sniffled once. "Umm," she said, her voice making it evident that she had been crying. Roxy looked over at the clock. "I-I have to work in twenty minutes." She spoke over her shoulder, though not really looking at Alex. With that, Roxy got up off of his bed and quickly remembered that she didn't have anything to take back with her. She shot him a quick, very faint smile before letting her gaze drop, and Roxy silently slid out of Alexander's dorm, not letting anything or anyone stop her. --- Roxy had just given a woman her caramel latte, about an hour and a half after she had last seen Alexander. She was trying to push it to the back of her mind, but Roxy found that to be nearly impossible. the coffee shop was very quiet, save for a few people here and there. She liked it when work was like this. It gave her a lot of downtime. Roxy's hair was straight and in a ponytail, her side swept bangs dashing across her forehead and right eye. She wore a black, fitted v-neck t-shirt with a pair of black, straight legged pants, and a highlighter yellow studded belt, along with a pair of white Vans. Her pale, almost colorless blue eyes were lined with heavy black eyeliner and mascara, and a silver stud shone on the right side of her nose. She stood leaning the back of her hips against the counter, her back to the store, arms crossed across her chest. Unlike almost every day, Roxy's lips were turned downward in a slight frown. Half of her wanted to think that he'd never cheat on her, while the other half wasn't so sure. She knew she couldn't handle heartbreak like that again. Roxy even considered leaving the Academy if Alex was dating other girls. Deep down, she definitely did love him. Roxy was only trying to protect herself. She hadn't yet told him that she loved him, as no appropriate opportunities had come up, but now Roxy was second guessing herself on whether or not it would be a good idea to tell him.

“Okay.” He replied softly, wondering if she had wanted to move away from him, even though didn't quite. Ahh, well he would get ready in a bit and go and find Sadie, yeah, that was going to be a battle in itself.
-
Sadie was sitting at one of the tables quite close to the counter, in a pale cream coat that went down to just above her knees. She looked quite lovely, girlish, and was sitting there swirling the coffee around her mug boredly, sipping at it every so often. She had glanced over to Roxy a couple of times and smiled shyly when she accidentally caught her eye, wondering where the hell Alex had got to. Alex walked in after a few minutes wearing just a casual white shirt, blue jeans and grey trainers. Outside it was a little chilly, but he seemed pretty unaware of it, just walking into what to him, was a random coffee shop. But when he looked up, he saw Roxy, and well...he didn't realise she worked here. Made sense though, sort of.
Sadie saw him and grinned, waving politely. Alex smiled and gave her a look that said to hang on for a minute, and walked over to Roxy. “I didn't know you worked here.” He said to her with a smile, leaning on the counter, sounding interest. Immediately he thought of all the distrust she now had for him. Right, she was going to take that as he thought this job was beneath him and her. Sure. Definitely. Not. Before he could stop her, Sadie walked over and smiled brightly at Roxy. “Ohmygod you're gorgeous.” She said automatically, her voice soft, obviously thinking aloud again. She got a look from Alexander, which brought her back into reality, his girl, not hers. Awww. “I'm Sadie, nice to meet you!” She was a little squeaky, holding out her hand for Roxy to shake, seemingly oblivious to any bad feeling there might be. How sweet.[/blockquote]

Roxy had still been leaning up against the counter, facing the back of the store when she heard Alexander's incredibly familiar voice behind her. Silly her. She'd been so lost in thought that she didn't even sense him coming. Turning around, Roxy came face to face with her boyfriend. "Yeah," she replied, trying hard to make it sound like everything was okay with her. But it obviously wasn't.
A girl walking quickly towards the counter, one that had ordered a coffee just a bit ago. Very quickly did Roxy make the connection that this was the girl that Alexander was talking to outside his dorm room. Already giving the girl a negative connotation, even as she complimented her, Roxy at least tried to make it seem like she was a little nice. "Uhh, thanks," she said, with a very quick, faint smile. Roxy looked at the girl, finding that she was a young human, younger than her, up and down discreetly. Sadie. What an incredibly uninteresting name. She and Alex seemed to be pretty friendly, though Roxy knew she couldn't jump to conclusions. Although sometimes, the people who you think really are good at heart turn out to have a whole different side.
"Roxy," she replied, introducing herself to the girl. Roxy looked down at her hand with a look of general distaste and then brought her own hand out to shake it quickly. Turning to look at Alexander, Roxy arched an eyebrow. "What brings you here?"

He didn't exactly need to ask to know that let alone everything not being alright, Roxy was probably actively still pissed off at him. God he was getting sick of this, maybe it would end up in a screaming row between the two of them. His body tensed up a little bit as Roxy and Sadie introduced themselves to each other, he knew Sadie would be oblivious to any bad feeling, though Roxy wouldn't. Though it might have seemed strange, Alex thought of Sadie like his sister, or maybe his niece would be closer, not quite a daughter, but damned close. Of course Roxy would never understand that, she wasn't really old enough to start off with.
Was he really starting to think like that again? Oh dear. Sadie didn't notice the distaste, smiling generously and instantly speaking like the rabbit that she was. “Well I'm a dancer, like latin and ballroom, that sort of thing, and at the moment I'm in a competition, one that moves from city to the city, and the finals are just outside of Celestial.” That had come out rather quickly, and she looked respectfully sheepish for a moment before continuing. “Me and my dancing partner had a...disagreement and so now I've come to black mail Alex into helping me win the finals.” She grinned cutely, and at only fifteen it really was very sweet, though she was very tall and well built for her age. Alex was watching Roxy, infatuated with her still, though at the moment the fact that he was still a little annoyed with her made it impossible for him to admit it, completely. “I wondered why you made such perfect coffee.” He said softly to himself, thinking. “Now I know.” He said with a little smile, thinking silently that his words, his feelings, would be shot down heartlessly. Maybe he would find a psychic and get them to kick Elizabeth's ass for him, well he was undead already, surely it wasn't that much of a leap...? Nah. Sadie smiled at the two of them, as if they were a separate pair, well, they were really. “Awwww.” The noise wasn't condescending, she genuinely thought it was sweet, little did she know of their relationship problems. After a second the silly lithe thing looked back to Alexander, she being one of the few people who saw him for what he really was. “If you don't dance with me I'll tell my mum and gran where you live.” There was an innocent, but childishly devilish grin on her lips, Alex had courted her mother many years ago, and spent time around herself and her gran. What could you say? The guy was a babe magnet at her house, and had been for the last five or so years. He looked out for Sadie, and her family. Since Sadie had lost her father at a very young age, barely a year after she was born, Alex had been a surprisingly key figure in their family. And well, the elder ladies in Sadie's family loved his charming ways. Alex let the expression drop from his face, and he stared at her for a minute. He loved her mum and gran as much as she did, but...well he would never have a quiet moment again, they were nosey in that lovely way that motherish people were, and well...he missed it sometimes, but right now, the thought of them knowing where he lived was scary. “Done.” He said suddenly, giving a slight smile, wondering whether Sadie would tell them anyway after the dancing competition. Sadie turned back to Roxy with a polite and lovingly cute smile on her face. “So are you a vampire?” She asked Roxy, asking in the same fashion as an enquiring child would ask something totally normal, like 'where is the cheese?'. Alex could remember when she had just asked him what it was like to be a vampire when the two of them had been hanging out in the park. Three jerks later, he had given Sadie a severe lecture.[/blockquote]

As Roxy was not a complete bitch, at least to most people, she listened intently as Sadie told her about ballroom dancing. Little did the girl know that Roxy had been dancing since she could walk, and she's been ballroom dancing for 15 years. She wasn't about to bring it up though.
Roxy was not jealous of this girl at all. She had to be at least 3 years older than her, but yet Sadie seemed so much younger to her. Roxy guessed that Alex probably had history with her family, something like that of her and Vinnie.
She couldn't help but automatically smile a bit when Alex said something about her perfect coffee. Then she remembered that she really wasn't in a position to be smiling, so it faded rather rapidly. Roxy was not mad at him, not at all. She was being cautious, and slightly paranoid. She sort of zoned out once him and Sadie started talking again, choosing to try and not think about Alex for the time being. She couldn't lose it while she was at work, it'd have to wait until she got home.
Their conversation about dancing together, which of course, just HAD to be at the counter, right in front of Roxy, went in one of her ears and out through the other, barely registering in her mind. Roxy came to when Sadie asked her if she was a vampire. Not wanting to go into details, Roxy looked at her, and then down at the counter. "Yeah," she replied. She knew the girl was human. After a moment of thinking, Roxy looked up at Alexander. "Can I talk to you, for just a sec?" She walked a step over to where there was an opening in the counter and took him by his wrist, gently into the back room.
Closing the door behind them, Roxy leaned up against it, sighing quietly. She ran her hands over her contained hair and looked up at him. She stayed quiet for a few moments before finally speaking. "Alex..." Roxy spoke quietly, pausing for a moment, looking down, then back up at him. "I'm not mad at you. I'm just... ugh. I just feel like you hate me. And that our relationship sucks, and I don't want it to end. " She'd been getting the worst vibes from him lately, and Roxy couldn't stand it.
